Rothenburg, Germany

The weekend after our 10-day break, we traveled as a group to Ulm, Rothenburg, and Augsburg, Germany. The Ulm Cathedral was a towering masterpiece, and we toured the old town to see some of the medieval architecture. In Rothenburg, we walked around old town, had incredible pumpkin soup, and Glühwein (spiced wine). The city is known for being the epitome of what a German town should look like. On our way home, we stopped in Augsburg where we learned about the history of Habsburg involvement there. It was freezing cold, so I only took pictures of the inside of the town hall.
